Free 1-Year Subscription Terms and Conditions
You have been invited to participate in Modal’s ‘Free 1-Year Subscription’ program (the “Program”). By agreeing to participate, you agree to the following Program terms and conditions:
- The Program is offered to certain learners who have purchased one course on the Modal platform and who are purchasing a second course. Criteria for selection of participants will be determined by Modal in its sole discretion and may change from time to time.
- Eligibility for the Program is reserved to invited individuals who have agreed to participate and have agreed to these rules. Invitations to participate in the Program are unique to you and may not be shared with or forwarded to any other individual.
- Eligible participants will receive a twelve (12) months subscription to the Modal services free of charge upon purchasing a second course on Modal. The Subscription term starts automatically upon the start of the second course you purchase.
- Modal Annual Subscriptions are not redeemable for cash or replaceable with alternative products or services.
- As a participant, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from receiving a free annual subscription.
- Annual subscriptions are subject to Modal’s Terms of Service and any information you provide in connection with the annual subscription is governed by Modal’s Privacy Policy.
- Modal reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Program terms at any time in its sole discretion.
